In January we went to Sarah for help in applying for Medicaid for our father who is in a nursing home. Sarah helped up with information on how to navigate the cumbersome task of gathering all the documents necessary for Medicaid approval. Sarah answered all our questions via e-mail or phone in a timely manner. Our father was approved for Medicaid one month later. We were happy to hear that Dad had been approved so quickly. We believe that Sarah's attention to detail and her accurate responses to our questions helped us complete the process so quickly.
