From the moment that I called this firm, which was a referral from a friend that had also utilized this firm, I felt "at ease". Having never been in ANY sort of legal "trouble", this was all uncharted territory for me. Mike Braxton was fantastic from the very first contact. Mike explained to me the process, gave me a very realistic timeline, and discussed fees that would be incurred from the moment of the original phone call. On a personal level, Mike treated me like a human being and was never judgmental in any way. At this particular time in my life, and after having dealt with Divorce attorneys, I can honestly say, that the moment that I spoke with Mike that I know he could handle the case with professionalism and that things would work out well. The staff of the firm...shout outs to both Leo and Jeannette, was very responsive with details as it related to both the details of the process as well as the billing details. Again...Kudos to both of those individuals specifically! Attorney Mike Braxton was recommended after receiving a DUI and within 24 hours he was able to get my license back (the officer took it from me during the stop) He and his staff communicated with me during the entire process. He entered his appearance, and filed a response within the first 48hrs. The case went on for several months, however I never had to appear at any of hearings, Mike walked me through the steps and was always diligent in responding to all calls and emails. In the end, the DUI was dismissed, and I walked away with a careless driving ticket. Mikes persistence in my case paid off. I am very happy with the outcome, and would recommend Parks and Braxton to anyone looking for professional, hard working attorneys to fight your case :)

Mike and his staff (Janette and Leo) at Parx & Braxton were amazing at getting me through the worst situation of my life. I got arrested for DUI. Never let court appointed counsel represent you in court. They dont even listen to your concerns, unlike Mike and Andrew! They knew the law and the problems involved with my case. Mike got driving while intoxicated dropped along with other frivolous charges. I am telling you for your sake call them.

Highly recommend they’re services if you’re ever fighting a DUI. Walked away with wreckless driving, however; just don’t drink and drive. If you are fighting a DUI they’re absolutely the ones for the job. Thank you guys so much!
