The firm represented me in litigation against an insurance company. Following 3 years of frustration with my homeowners insurance and no payment for a claim that the insurance company acknowledged was covered, I contacted McDonald and Barnhill. They were totally professional, as well as being nice. They walked me through the entire process, represented me in a juried courtroom, and I was awarded the settlement. We would highly recommend McDonald & Barnhill, PA. Andy McDonald was the attorney that represented us and produced a better than expected outcome. He was readily available and very pleasant when we had questions. The office staff too were efficient and prompt. Our case took awhile which is to be expected when dealing with an insurance company but the outcome was well worth the wait.

Andrew helped me out with my claim and got me some money back, i am pleased however he needs to work on his people skills and not talk down and condensed the people who make him money, communication with him wasn’t easy otherwise he would have a 5 star.

Andy and David represented my husband and I back in 2015 against Citizens Insurance regarding our sinkhole/breach of contract claim. They both made the process less stressful and After going to court and then waiting a couple years for the appeal to finish our outcome was terrific and we were able to fix our home and do some extra remodeling. We felt our claim after hurricane Matthew was a hopeless situation with regards to the insurance company. Attorney Andy McDonald went to bat for us with the insurance company and secured for us the settlement we needed to repair our home back to normal.
