They asked for a review so I will give my honest review. Hired them for a pretty bad accident my brother and I were in. My brother had serious medical issues including needing surgery on his face with permanent scaring on his face. I believe he definitely could have gotten more than he did but I’ll speak more about my personal experience and outcome. I had/still have neck pain and back pain. I was rear ended at 60mph. The physical therapist they sent us to did a lot of nothing and charged a lot of money per visit. The whole time ligori and ligori told me not to worry about it the medical bills will be knocked down to “almost nothing” haha. So after over a year of alot of nothing happening since the physical therapy wasn’t working I settled with 40k.. ended up with 14k. They told me if I settled for 40k I would get “atleast” 20k. Then they tell me oh sorry we can’t get the medical bills down anymore. Meanwhile the physical therapist did NOTHING to help my pain and I’ve been diagnosed with ptsd from the accident as well. Seemed to me like all they cared about was a check and not if I was ok or satisfied. About 2 years later they call me because they have a $59 check for me lol. What a joke! Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I’m sure they’ll get you some money but not the full amount that people deserve.

Alex Serrano is a fantastic attorney. He's patient and kind. He listens. He encourages. Sometimes he gives you the tough love lectures you don't want or expect to hear. But he really has your best interest at heart with all sincerity. He's been at this a long time. He knows what he's doing. It was hard for me to trust but once I finally listened to what he was saying everything finally made sense. Jewel the paralegal has been such an amazing helpful patient kind sweet soul. When I was ready to quit she held my hand through it and encouraged and pushed me to keep going. She's been such an inspiration and a huge help. She's been so reassuring through this whole process. If you ever get the chance you've got to meet her. So many times I wanted to quit out of frustration. So many times I was so ready to give up out of being so overwhelmed. If not for her I might have. She's such an asset to the team. I have no idea what she's paid but in my eyes it will never be enough. She's absolutely priceless. Consider yourself incredibly blessed if she's assigned to your team. I know I do!

I worked with John Castro for my car accident case and it was a very good experience. I had never used an attorney and never had an accident case before. After meeting with John, I was never left waiting for information, and they were always calling me to share details about my case.
