Yuly was really amazing with helping me with my case. She was always there if I had a question or concern. And I was not always the easiest to get ahold of, but she always made sure she left a voicemail and email if she couldn't reach me by phone. I was referenced to them by my father and after my experience, I will tell my friends too if ever they need a layer. Overall great experience!

Words can't even express how I feel about this Law Firm Jack Bernstein Law Firm deserves more than five stars the time that I was in the accident was nothing but good communication, all information was clear understandable and in black and white and if you had any questions you can always call if they were not available at the present moment within 24 hours you were getting a phone call back I would like to thank Miss Elaine who handled my case she was nothing but professional every time I called she answered and when she wasn't able to answer the next day I got a phone call back even when I was having problems with the locations of my appointments she went over and Beyond and found a location that accommodated my needs and my schedule even when I was in a Financial difficult situation she once again went over and Beyond and told me what type of options I had attorney Tim was very professional as well when he called me he gave me every detail of my case down to the Cent .....there is no hidden fees ....any questions you have will be answered honestly. Initially I started visiting my chiropractor 3x A WEEK! I was told where to go and that everything is taken care of, "Just show up, they are expecting you". After a couple of weeks I told my chiropractor that I could not attend 3x a week as it is affecting my schedule. They asked if I could do 2x a week so I agreed to that. They then followed up by telling me that once a week is the minimal however twice would be best. The chiropractor did their job and was a great experience, however, this is my first time involved in such an accident and did not know how it all worked. I am giving them 2 stars for at least sending me to an amazing chiropractor but not meeting with the lawyer in person or having someone contact me on how to make the best of the financial aspects of this ordeal. Not only did they run up my PIP for 10k but I continued to go and any charges that incurred thereafter I had to pay out of pocket. Sadly after settling 9 months later, I was told that the offer was $7.5k out of the $10k policy that the person had who hit me. Then a few days later I was told that it was $8.5k without a reason why or how did it go up. Then after summing up my medical charges it came out to about $3.5k that I would have had to pay out of pocket or out of my settlement check! The lawyer supposedly had the medical charges reduced to about $1.7k. After all the lawyers fees and medical charges i received about $3.8k out of the $8.5k offer. I felt used and taken advantage of. I found Jack Bernstein through a google search and showed he had 5 stars. I should of applied my knowledge of the web and figured out that not all reviews are real and cannot be trusted. If you go to ebay you can buy youtube views, subscribers, comments and all. Not saying that Jack Bersteins reviews are fake, however, beware that people may have been bribed to write a positive review and give 5 stars. I also sent 2 referrals to Jack Bernstein after my accident. One of my referrals sent someone they knew to Jack Bernstein. Only thing they did was remove my administration fees which was about $250-$300 dollars. Had I not had out of pocket medical charges I would have surely received about $5.5k - $6.5k. My wife got into an accident in the state of Pennsylvania and spoke to the lawyer directly. Don't remember ever getting screwed over with out of pocket expenses. Beware..
