Stephany wasn't over my case at first and I really never heard anything from anyone, but I have no idea where she came from but once you took over my case I was always informed on what was going on with my case. She was always on top of things and definitely got the job done. I was satisfied overall. She was very tenacious and made me feel like she was going that extra mile for me with any questions or concerns I had. Thanks Jack Bernstein and Company .
