I would like to thank everyone at Jack Bernstein’s office, especially Betty Lopez.. I had no idea how to handle everything since it was my first time going through something like this.. Betty Lopez walked me throughout the process. She ALWAYS answered my calls or emails and answered all my concerns. I definitely recommend them and would use them again. I was unfortunately rear ended this past summer what was just my second accident ever and first one in over 10 years so wanted to find the best possible team to guide and help me through this process and I couldn't have picked a better team. Michelle Thomas was my case manager and she is simply amazing, we stayed in communication throughout the entire process and this review is the least I can do for her and the entire Bernstein Law team. I dealt with Marlene specifically at Jack Bernsteins office and I would highly recommend them. Losing my husband in a tragic car accident was beyond traumatizing and she was there for me from beginning to end.

This is the only way for me to respond. My real name is different, I don't put that online. Maybe if your practice took the time though to hear my case instead of turning it away. With a text on how you can not help me and preaching that I need to look for Jesus! Maybe, you would have gotten a better rating, I needed an attorney, not a preacher. I would've gone to church for that, not a law firm.
