Wow! This law firm is like divine intervention. Justice pays but only when you have a legal team that truly represents your interests and that is exactly what you get with the Jack Bernstein Legal Team. I experienced an unfortunate personal injury and I contacted Jack Bernstein as well as talked to other legal entities that claimed to help no matter how small or big the case. The reason I chose Jack Bernstein to represent me was because they were not only the most professional but also the most caring, compassionate, listened carefully to the details, and didn’t hesitate to take on my fight for justice. They cared about me (what happened to me and how it happened). Not like some others who claim they care but when in reality only want cases where it’s a clear “open and shut slam dunk win” for them. I knew my case might be challenging and perhaps require more work than most, but that did not deter Jack Bernstein at all. From the moment I first spoke with Dara Bernstein, almost immediately I felt confident and encouraged that I was in good legal hands. During the meeting with the investigator, he too was very helpful and really smart. Going through the entire process was a relatively good and reassuring experience. The case manager Betty Lopez provided exceptional advice and was also patient and understanding as the process was new to me and I had many questions and concerns. She tried her best to answer any of my questions and or concerns. Once or twice she even stayed on the phone beyond normal business hours. I am thankful for the entire legal team for their individual effort, team work, due diligence, and very kind and friendly demeanor. In my opinion, this is the best legal team. If you are looking for someone who will really have your back, just ask for Jack… I am thankful there are still lawyers out there that care about accident victims for real. Jack Bernstein is that lawyer that redeems any of the other stereotypical stuff you hear. I believe they handled my case as if I were a family member they were fighting for. They closed out my case with what I believe is a fair and equitable settlement . I may need every bit of the settlement I agreed upon to address any unexpected future requirements for additional pain management therapies. Mr. Jack Bernstein, Ms. Dara Bernstein, and as I believe Jack (son) as well whom I had the pleasure of speaking with throughout the time of this case.
