Quick and efficient. Very nice :)

I debated whether or not they deserved 5 stars or not. Cons: - Hard to get a hold of, My paralegal would call me when I was in class and I would call her at my first convince and of course reach a voicemail, but I would NEVER receive a call back. I would even call her multiple times and there would be nothing. So it is hard to know what is going on within your case. You are left in the dark completely. I didn't even know my case settled until the chiropractor they send me to told me. I never knew what was going on or even if the person who hit me had insurance or anything. PROS: - Quick: They settled my case within 6 months, when I thought that it might take years. - Large settlement: They were able to get the max amount of liability that the person had through their insurance. - Get settlement without a lot of evidence: I did get rear-ended at a red light but there was no damage to either my nor the other persons car, we did not call the cops either, however I did go to the emergency room right away due to severe back pain, and I did have damage to my spine.
