The team was excellent, responsive and very professional. They took my case and they were so very respectful of my time. I was assigned to one of the few M.D. lawyers in Tampa Bay area and he was so kind and always took my calls, answered my questions and responded to every single email and text. The support staff was equally professional and very respectful. If I left a message they would promptly call back. I never had to wonder where my case stood. When it was time for my deposition, Bruce Kleinberg, my attorney made sure I was well prepared and I was relaxed and comfortable. My settlement was so much more than I ever expected and I could not be happier. Please do yourself a favor and choose this firm. I am so glad I did.

My husband was in a not-his-fault car accident. When I went to the emergency room to see him, the first words out of his mouth were: "I called Jack Bernstein...Jack's got my back!" The office got right back with my husband and we worked with Jack Bernstein and his team to resolve our car accident case. We give them 5 stars all around. We know we received the best possible compensation and feel that both Jessica and Kelly were very down to earth and helpful during what was a very stressful time. (It happened in March just as everything shut down.) They walked us through everything and the case was resolved quickly and professionally despite any delays due to covid. Jessica and Kelly were always available to us and very easy to reach out to at any time and were a pleasure to work with! Jack Bernstein really and truly does have your back--he had ours! Thank you!
