After a car accident I had no idea how to pick an attorney to represent me. I looked online and decided to pick Jack Bernstein. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was incredible. A big shout out to Lizzie, Paige and Brian for all their dedication to my case. Jack and his firm DID have my back!!!

I was tossed around robbed and put on hold for every until they gave me 8000 dollars out of 25,0000 . They made post a positive review before I could get my check . And still haven’t given the this Final check for 900 they claim to have been holding in a trust account till after all the medical bills cleared . Sent me a document that signed it self when I opened . I had to send a email that I didn’t approve or signed the document. This lady Bobby has been working on my case seems to be lost 90% the time . They claim to have paid medical fees that had been granted through my insurance prior to assigning legal representation. With in closing letter they state any other bills accumulated pertaining to the accident Would no longer be their responsibility. I would have to pay out of my own pocket. So my experience with them wasn’t pleasant at all ……After having read this negative review Mr Jake him self gave me a call . He actually seem genuinely concerned with was to rectify the situation. He went over the case with me and explained throughly the faults as well as the correction. In which he’s still working on . Gave few extra beans of what I’d say was my own money . So long story short Jacks got your back . Another good dead for the good fellow . No just waiting for the check to clear and my account to be zeroed out . Thanks Jake ….

From the very first interaction I was impressed. Jack Bernstein called me himself within MINUTES of my online inquiry. I was seen in person the next day on a Sunday. The level of professionalism I encountered from my attorney Brian and his team was unbelievable. They communicated with me every step of the way and I truly believe they had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. Fast forward TWO years and we finally settled. i could say a lot here, but my main review is about Alyssa. Who has the gift of gentle speaking & patience. She explains everything in detail, so we can understand what the procedures are. Although it took quite sometime to resolve our case, we are now in the final answer stage. The team from start to finish is amazing. Thank you to all who fought for our rights. Now a little criticism, we were hoping for more contacting of phone calls emails answered in a more timely manner. Updates are important to us clients. Bottom line, her business like & compassionate nature, were a pleasure. Thank you- Amandolas
