We hired Jack after a car accident the process was smooth. Stephanie took over the case and made sure we were aware every step of the way what to be expected and what was going on. She was always friendly and courteous never felt like I was dealing with a lawyer but causal conversations with a friend. Even during her own illness she always made sure to ask how I was doing which meant a lot. I appreciate everything she did to get this process done. PS Jack she needs a bonus 😊
