Drivers in Florida are NOTORIOUSLY horrible and this is actually the second time I've had to use the services of Dan Newlin's firm. The first time went so smoothly I immediately went to them the second time. I forget the name of my first personal lawyer but this time it was Greg Ackerman. He did a great job of keeping me informed and lines of communication open. And I like that he was text message friendly because that's how I usually like to communicate for short messages and I always felt like I had a direct line to him if I needed it even for something little(it actually was his personal cell). But everything went smoothly again and I would highly recommend them.

Nicola Papy was assigned to my case at Dan Newlin’s office. She walked me through the entire process and helped me understand each step of the way. Mrs. Papy made sure to call me or email me anytime there was an update or when there was any communication about my case. She was understanding and very patient.

Jeffrey Gionet was my attorney and I truly could not be more pleased. I was in a car accident in april of 2023, I am 20 and I was nervous going into this process because I didn’t have anyone to help me and thought it would be super confusing and expensive for me. I am so grateful Jeffrey was assigned to my case because he completely took all of the stress I *thought* was going to be on my shoulders. He answered back quickly and was always available when I had questions as i was entirely unfamiliar with the situation i was in.
