In 2023, a driver ran into my truck. I first contacted another major national law firm, but was quickly recommended by a friend to contact Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys. I was pretty skeptical, not trusting lawyers, or law offices, or the justice system in general. Dan Newlin's office was quick to respond, and seemed eager to actually help me, and not just look to make a quick buck. I was assigned Matthew Swihart as my attorney. Matthew was kind, courteous, and gave me a sense that he actually cared about me and my case. He provided excellent communication, was straight up about what to expect, never mislead me, and ended up doing the impossible; he changed my mind about lawyers/attorneys.
