It was my first accident I had ever been in and as you can imagine it was the worst time of my life. Jason Arnold was so understanding even when my mother and I would cry on the phone to him about the situation, he never made it feel like we were taking up his time. Any questions we had were answered immediately and he took care of everything. If not for him and his team at Dan Newlin I wouldn’t have been able to do anything.
