I am a 32 year old female who was involved in a work accident, I currently live out of state and had contacted multiple lawyers before deciding on this firm. When you call you will have Hannah who answers your phone call who is always super polite and if she’s able to find the information for you when the lawyer is busy she will if she cannot she makes sure they receive a message immediately so to address any issues and or concerns. My lawyer’s assistant (I’m not sure of the proper term) mike has been more than helpful I have issues understanding things now since my injury and can have really bad days he always took the time to reach out and keep me informed as well as talked to me about all of my concerns/problems I was facing drs appointments and such . Tom always put my mental and physical health as top priorities which for me is a big thing because of the damages to my body and neurological issues. Attorney Jeff Kerley did an okay job with answering questions but as far as overall experience I would not hire again. I felt his time management and getting things processed with my medical necessities was not handled in a timely manor nor did he show to much compassion or effort with contacting adjuster. I got more results contacting them myself. Yes! Workman’s Compensation spoke with me. He did not put as much effort as I would of hoped for. During depositions it was a lot of laughter and not much talk a quick settle and out the door. When it came to the exit process Marie on the other hand was exceptionally professional, very kind, compassionate and after driving an hour away and the pain I endured from the drive from the work related injury she turned my tears into a smile.
