We started working with Mr. Perez in 2016. We fully explained our situation to him and he drew a roadmap for us. First, we applied for and received the E1-E2 investor visa. Then we applied for a permanent residence with the sponsor for the green card. Although the process is a bit long, we have received it as of this month. One of the most important things I can say with Mr. Fernando is that as long as you listen to him and do exactly what he says, you have no chance of failing in your cases.
