Nothing but 5 stars for Mr. Perez and Christine. I’ve been with them for 6 years now and cannot think of a better firm to help you with your immigration needs. My case was rather complicated but Mr. Perez was able to get us through the hurdles and RFEs with ease. Mr. Perez helped me with my Green Card, RFE, L1A, H1B and other immigration legal advice

made the mistake of trying to apply for citizenship on my own. My application was denied by Immigration and that’s when I contacted Fernando Perez. He looked at my case and told me the denial was incorrect and Immigration had not followed the law. Mr. Perez filed an appeal of my decision. We won the appeal because Mr. Perez was able to prove to Immigration that they had not followed the law, but Immigration then denied my case for another reason that also did not follow the law. Mr. Perez would not give up. He told me Immigration was wrong and we filed for citizenship again immediately. Mr. Perez was able to show the officer why the previous denial was wrong and this time my case got approved! Thank you Mr. Perez for not giving up!

I have known Fernando since 2008 and find him to be one of a kind in the best possible way. He evaluates your situation when you meet with him initially and advises accordingly without missing a beat. Extremely professional and covers all the angles well.
