They need to hire more people, the assistant and attorney handling my case take forever to get back to me. Site says 24 hour availability yet it takes hours or days for someone to get back to you. When they sign you up they really are there but then they ghost you. Let's see if they can win my case atleast.

I contacted this agency eight months ago. I just read an article that 3M is paying out a SIX BILLION DOLLAR SETTLEMENT as part of the class action lawsuit. I talk3d to Billy over the phone, and he sent me some forms, and I filled out the 3M Census Paperwork. Only to be informed a few days later that they (whoever they is Idk) stopped taking Veterans as part of this lawsuit. I contacted this agency in Mar 2023. The article is from August 2023. I feel like the attornies received my info and will get a check on my behalf, which will not be shared with the intended recipient. RESPONSE: Because your law firm is the one who asked me to fill out the 3M Census paperwork, which took an enormous amount of time getting my dates as accurate as possible as well as the activities associated with the use of 3M earplugs. Only to be told, essentially, "No additional veterans are being included with the class." Maybe a better idea is your law firm reach out to the other law firm first instead of me spending hours filling out paperwork. Now, I have paperwork with sensitive information on it, which is probably in China by now. You put the cart before the horse. Thanks for reaching out.

My husband and son were in a car accident on the freeway taking my son to school. They got hit from behind then hit the car in front of them. The accident was not their fault.
