Enough can not be said about The Law Firm of Anidjar & Levine. I would highly recommend these guys. Evan and the staff are just stellar!!

Beware! Called for a free consultation and was told my case was past the statute of limitations because the Governor had signed a bill changing the statute from 4 years to 2. I replied I would think my case would be grandfathered in and the insurance company wouldn't be talking to me if they didn't have to. Evan assured me I was out of luck and they had been crazy busy filing over 5000 law suits because of the new bill. Three (3) weeks later I received a check from the insurance company for the full policy amount without using an attorney and giving up a third of the proceeds. A quick check online of the bill the governor signed clearly stated any accident after March 24th 2023 was under the 2 year limitation, not mine which was in 2019. The insurance company said that's scary when I told them what Anidjar and Levine had told me. Do yourself a favor and find a firm that actually knows the law.

I just wanted to praise Shire. He took such good care of me and my lawsuit, and I would highly recommend the firm, but especially Shire. and of course I cannot forget Sonys she was so wonderful also and very helpful for me

My attorney Shire was beyond excellent! From the first time we talked on the phone he put me right at ease and it felt like speaking to an old friend. He always took his time and I never felt rushed. He is extremely intelligent, confident and caring which is the best combination you can find in an attorney. He got me the max amount possible and he went above and beyond to make sure to address every avenue of compensation on my behalf. His assistants were all great (except for Nicole who is cold, rude and unhelpful hopefully they replace her because she was the only negative experience I had with A & L, I wish I knew I could have requested one of his other assistants during my case). I do remember though his first assistant that worked with me was so attentive and helpful, she made sure I was given the VIP treatment everywhere I went and when something went wrong she would fix it ASAP so that I was quickly accommodated. Super sweet and smart girl! It was definitely noticeable that I was being treated very well everywhere I went because I was being represented by A & L... everything was always taken care of and as efficient as possible for MRIs, x-rays, chiropractor, manual therapists, etc. You can feel how well respected they are and in turn how well respected you get treated. The Tampa office staff was really nice and professional too when I went to collect my check... especially the handsome attorney with the nice beard, Jovi.

Our family had just purchased a new home here in Florida when we got into our car accident with my daughter. I didn’t t know what to do and where to turn when I was referred to Anidjar & Levine - Mr George my attorney walked me step by step, I felt confident that he was going to help. My car was in the shop for 2mths durning Christmas/ New Years also going to doctors & chiropractor, physical therapy, 2x a wk but still and all everything was taking care of. Let me start by saying how grateful and blessed I am to have Anidjar and Levine on my side to handle my personal vehicle accident claim. While traveling for work in the city of Tampa Florida, I was involved in an accident where I was T-boned by another driver. Throughout this terrifying time, being in a city where I have no one to reach out to for help in those moments, Anidjar and Levine was there to the rescue. From the day the accident happen, to the day the settlement was reached, they really felt like family with the amount of empathy and support I received from the entire team. As far as the standouts within that group, Vially, displayed the definition of greatness with her outstanding customer service and knowledge. She was always on top of my case whenever I had questions or concerns. Scheduled my appointments, forwarded vital information to me for each location that I had to visit to make sure the whole process was smooth. Scheduled dates and times for recovery and post accident therapy sessions. She would take my phone calls to even help with peace of mind throughout this foreign time period for me. I could call and discuss anything and she always came through. As for Evan(Lawyer), he definitely cares more about the client over the compensation. He always consulted with me to see how I felt with my injuries along with getting my opinion on how to approach the other party with the demands. Though busy, he always got back with me when he said he would via call or text whenever I needed him. By my side the whole process, made me forget that we resided in two different states. I was hoping to give 5 stars. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. I had to make multiple requests for information regarding the status on my case. Many times day’s would go by without hearing from them. When everything was finally completed, I was told that I would get a follow up call with everything needed to track the disbursement in about a week. Again, after waiting 11 day’s without hearing anything I had to reach out to get the information myself. Let’s hope I’m never in a position to need their services again.
