The first thing I would like to say is, I reached out to several law firms and nobody wanted to take my case. When I called Berlin Law Firm and while I was mid-sentence, the representative said that they would take my case, I nearly cried. I knew it was a challenging one. Now it has been a long process and it’s been very difficult dealing with the other side, but both my lawyer and the staff there never gave up and continued to assist me through many months of calls, emails and re-filing of paperwork. Carol did a tremendous job for me, was very personable, very kind and very sincere and I believe she was just the right person to represent me in getting this settled. I felt as though she was like family to me looking out for my best. She was very patient in explaining things to me, and I could sense her honesty and sincerity. She was very knowledgeable and straightforward with me as well. I just want to thank everyone at that office who helped me from start to finish beginning with the secretary that I first reached out to and every person I spoke to on every call that I had to make. Berlin law basically took advantage of me as a disabled vet and cancer patient. They knew the chemo treatments made me forget stuff. They double charged me for my case for their fees and I don't think they even read the settlement agreement because the other side put things in their to basically take away most of my rights and Berlin Law never said a word about it, I had to take care of that myself. They try to get you not to take your case to court by telling you, you have a slim chance in front of the judge of winning. Turns out I went to the judge after I fired Berlin law, and the judge did rule in my favor and was very nice. Lawyers in Floriduh want quick cash, and I hope I never have to get a Floriduh lawyer again, nothing but a joke! This is my personal experience and what actually happened to me, and I would never recommend them. Have a great day, everyone!
