After more than a year of inquiries with other law firms, who put my hopes up and turned me down, either thru online research or thru tv or online ads; finally someone I reached out to, inquiring about my work injury situation referred me to Stephen Berlin (Berlin Law Firm). I am grateful to Berlin Law Firm team who handled my case, most especially to BAILEY NORTH & MARISSA WEEKS ( the lawyer and paralegal who was assigned to my case), regardless of my case situation they did their best to help me get a fair settlement. They respond quickly to my emails and I get timely updates, from the moment my case was filed until the time of the settlement. (Lots of hugs to these women, they have been so kind and professional.) Carol pulled my nearly 2 year old case just before the statute expired. She collected all of the evidence relevant to this accident and 3 months later we had a deposition with the opposing counsel. I am a 32 year old female who was involved in a work accident, I currently live out of state and had contacted multiple lawyers before deciding on this firm. When you call you will have Hannah who answers your phone call who is always super polite and if she’s able to find the information for you when the lawyer is busy she will if she cannot she makes sure they receive a message immediately so to address any issues and or concerns. My lawyer’s assistant (I’m not sure of the proper term) mike has been more than helpful I have issues understanding things now since my injury and can have really bad days he always took the time to reach out and keep me informed as well as talked to me about all of my concerns/problems I was facing drs appointments and such . Tom always put my mental and physical health as top priorities which for me is a big thing because of the damages to my body and neurological issues. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a lawyer who invests time to be on your side and have your best interest in mind to make sure the outcome is the best it can be thank you all for everything you have done for me!
