Been almost two years since my accident and I’m still waiting.. been passed along to like 3 or 4 different lawyers… way too much money taken out and higher percentage than other lawyers when I was told only 30 percent from others..would never use them again or refer them..

My husband had an accident in May 2023. It is now May 2024 and he's had different case managers, tell him different things. We don't know where his case is at this point. It's hard to get someone to call him back and give him an answer as to where we are and what is next. We're frustrated. I on the other hand had a case manager assigned when I had an accident last year. My case manager Lillian Palacios was awesome! She was in constant contact; I knew what was happening every step of the way. Perhaps she can hold a class to show other case workers how to properly do their job. Lillian is fabulous!! I wish we could trade his current case manager to Lillian, that would be ideal. She was heaven sent.
