She knows the insurance company and knows how to beat their game.

I was in an auto accident a year and a half ago where my car got totaled after been hit by another driver doing an illegal u-turn which I ended up in a ditch face down and the response team had to use the jaws of life to remove the door to get me out of the vehicle. Due to the severity of the accident I hired Ms. Leticia Valdes and her legal team and I was able file and argue my case against the defendant who's insurance company decided not to pay or cover the entire cost of the accident that occurred. With her guidance and knowledgeable professional skill and advise we won the case before it had to be brought to trial for a jury to decide. On behalf of me and my family thanks Ms. Valdez for your help, without you this entire process would have not been possible.

Ms. Valdes was recommended to me by an attorney in a different field. She said that Ms. Valdes had been in insurance defense, so she made a great Plaintiff's attorney as she knew all the ins and outs of the defense side. My crash was not catastrophic, but I did have medical bills and still have residual pain. No surgery or anything, so it was, what I thought, a very low value case. Ms. Valdes didn't hesitate, and took the case after speaking with me. She was very responsive when I would call, and kept me updated often with my case. Finally, when the insurance company just wouldn't cooperate, she decided to file suit. FYI, when suits are filed, the attorney's percentage fee increases. I told her I would go with her best judgment and if filing was required then so be it. Within 2 weeks (maybe less), I got a call from her. She had gone ahead and contacted the insurance company one more time to try to resolve - and she was successful! Ultimately, I received almost 3 times as much as I had been expecting to be offered. Her office negotiated my bills down by about half which is awesome. I have no complaints about my experience with her. I also ended up meeting with Mr. Lorenzo himself to receive my check. This office is very comfortable and client-friendly while remaining extremely professional. I appreciate all the hard work Lorenzo & Lorenzo, and specifically Ms. Valdes and her support team put into my 'little' case. I would absolutely use them again!
