To whom it may concern, I was introduced to Letty from Allstate. I had a car accident and needed someone to defend me thru the process of midigation. I thank her so much. I was very much afraid of the the whole process since I have never been in this situation. All I can say is she held my hand thru the whole process calming my nerves and keeping me very posted through the entire almost 3 yrs... I am so grateful to her... She made a very up setting situation tolerable....I would fully recommend her to any of my friends and family..
