Morgan & Morgan refused to even view my case files for my SSDI application, even though I am diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, Tourettic OCD, Social Anxiety Disorder, General Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD and was fired 4 times from different jobs within a year. They refused my offer to show my documentation including my vocational rehabilitation's psychiatric analysis, years of treatment from 4+ psychiatrists, therapists, names, and phone numbers of coworkers, employers, teachers, and other witnesses who have either fired me or requested me to be fired due to my extremely disruptive disabilities which have significantly harmed all 4 businesses. I have never held a job for longer than 2 months before getting fired despite obtaining reasonable accommodations, because of the severity of my case. I've been trying to get SSDI for over 2 years. Once my parents die, I'll end up on the streets. I'm tired of going it alone, tired of coworkers and employers feeling bad for me because they know how disabled I am, tired of being fired from every job, and just tired of existing. I'm taking 4 medications, and 6 pills everyday. Medical Insurance for multiple disabilities is very expensive. At this point, I want to just jump off of Skyway Bridge. People won't let me work, won't help me live, but don't want me to die on the street as a homeless bum. I'm tired of pretending everything is ok and smiling at everyone even though I'm very tired, sad, angry, and scared. I just wanted help filing my disability case, but Morgan & Morgan refused just like everybody else.

Not reliable in a mist of confusion left me. John Morgan had hit sn officer in the past. How did he get charges removed so wouldn't stay on there. Person can't be discriminated no place to live or get help.

I was stationed waiting fir the red light to turn green when I suddenly got rear ended, I reached out to Morgan and Morgan, my case manager was Miss Miriam, I will post my lawyers name, he and Miriam, I dare to say conspired to end my case, I was coworist, and I immediately told them I did not want there offer of $4,000, then the lawyer and miss Miriam insisted that it was too late. Tgen the lawyer offered me a extra $ 500, they toke advantage of me knowing I had a permanent injury, that I suffer till this day. I felt like they was looking out for the defending party then myself. Poor representation. Beware. People. Dont trust these lawyers I will continue to put complaints on them.

I have contacted Morgan and Morgan twice. Once for an unfair termination and then for a vehicle striking a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Both times I was told that wasn't their area and referred me to the Florida bar for other attorneys.

I personally do not like Morgan & Morgan. I used to own a personal injury clinic in Tampa and they would never take any of the small cases we referred to them, they only took the big cases that they could make a million dollars on which in my opinion is not very fair. I talked to them recently about someone I knew that needed their help and they would not take the case again. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also have another friend that they turn down and then my friend ended up getting almost $50,000 without an attorney at all, Morgan & Morgan said he had no case but he did. He was a visually impaired person that got run over by a truck, go figure. I just don't trust people like that, but like they say about attorneys, how can you trust them? They don't look out for the little guy like they try to say that they do. They have the market on advertising because of all the money that is behind them. They are not for the people. They are for themselves and for their pocket.

Not helpful! Transfer you to different people several times, to tell you in the end that they don't handle your type of case, but will not tell you what expertise you should be looking for. I don't even know why I bother!
