After a plumbing malfunction caused a major flood, I needed guidance on getting indemnified for an insurance claim and and a dispute with the landlord. Patrick did a great job keeping me calm and confirmed everything I needed to do before he even began representing me. He attempted to negotiate for a faster settlement. Neither party involved attempted to move from their original position, in fact one party tried to issue payment for less than the amount they agreed to pay prior. We ended up filing in court and managed to settle for a fair amount on both cases. I would recommend Patrick as he was extremely responsive to all my requests and questions. He kept me in the loop on all hearings and gave me the option of involvement on each step along the way.
