I was Tboned in my car by a uninsured car as I found out. all but 2 airbags went off an my first time ever in accident an I,m at 74vyears old w a false knee. It was hurting an I was advised to call Dan Newlin to protect myself an maybe could have lost my leg. . I had to protect myself an did not have uniinsured coverage as thought I,d never be in a accident an everyone in Fl. had Ins. Which not true. She had expired Insurance. I Had a Xray , etc done by my Dr. , a friend , I was lucky an OK. My lawyer Maria C. of Tampa advised me threw the whole thing as I was scared an sorta in shock. Maria was so understanding , She found out all the REAL Details. I elected not to pursue . To me would be Fraud. At my time in life, discussed my feelings with Marie, an surprised she agreed.
