I own a technical company that bids on a contracts. After winning the bid, my client asked me to sign a Vendor agreement. There was so much complicated legal language in the document that I did not know what I was signing. Brian walked me through every part of the document explaining to me in plain English what I would be signing. He also flagged potential terms that were very important for me to be aware of, but was a standard practice for this kind of contract. I will be a returning customer and would recommend him to anyone one else who requires this level of detail.
