I would recommend Pete to anyone. Pete and his paralegal, Kristy are very professional and courteous and always kept me in the loop and were extremely helpful. I hired Pete to help me with a long distance parenting plan and during the process of getting everything done the mother of my child moved to a different county and her counsel was being extremely difficult and trying to drag everything out. Rather than kill me with fees and travel time Pete suggested that I find another attorney closer to the county courthouse where the mother now resides. Not only did Pete help me to find another attorney closer to the opposition, he personally called my new attorney and spoke with him and let him know all the case details and had all my case files sent to my new attorney the same day that I retained the new attorney. Pete is a very honest attorney and again, I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Attorney Scaglione provided excellent legal representation for my divorce that involved real property and a 2 year old child. I knew Pete Scaglione was going to settle for nothing less than a win for me in this case and I knew this from the first meeting. Pete asked me all the right questions and was as eager to settle this case as I was. Two years later, 9-10 Hearings, 2 Mediations and a Trial later..it is done. Pete knew when to talk straight to me if he disagreed and always explained why. He knew when to hold back, and when to hold my hand, when the evil would seem to permeate everything..and there was none lacking in this case.
