I reached out to Dennis Hernandez after one of my accidents and was assigned to Brittany through a recommendation. Though my case is not yet completed, she has handled it very professionally and courteously. She's done her best to communicate with myself despite my crazy schedule, and she's been courteous of my time, whenever it is spent with her. Would recommend.
