Because of the bureaucracy of our judicial system, and having to wait for defendants responses, it takes a long time to resolve a case. It took over two years to resolve one of ours, and another one is still in progress. An example of bureaucracy. In a previous situation, a case with the state of Florida, it was resolved in November of one year. It took the state, who owed us money, until the following April to get a check to us!
