This law firm does not accept wrongful death cases if your loved one was under Hospice care. These types of cases, they say, "Are hard to prove/validate" They have not responded to my updated case information emails in which I inform them that The Agency For Health Care Administration's investigation has VALIDATED the reasons I claim for my mom's death. They only want the "easy" cases.

The attorneys really care about the client and will work diligently to win the case. They always are ready to answer your questions. I felt that I didn't have to worry about anything knowing I had the best possible team working for me.

This Firm was very unprofessional in the manner of going thru the trouble of sending me the contract after the initial interview. I sent the paperwork back next day certified mail with tracking so I know they got it. They never confirmed that they got the packet thru email or otherwise. The date of the meeting was set and nothing after two weeks I contacted them about the scheduled meeting. The Firm pretended like they never got the paperwork back but went thru with another pain staking interview knowing that they had changed their minds about taking the case. The kiss off letter followed wasting my time and money. Very unprofessional manner in which they took the case then backed down. I would not recommend this firm!
