I hired Cynthia Hernandez for my child paternity case, and she was never available. She was never on top of things. I would have to remind her of everything. She got an attitude with me because I told her things needed to be done asap not months later. Wanted a lot more money than when I first was hiring her.

I am very grateful for the legal advice Cynthia provided to me in a proactive and forward thinking way for my own peace of my mind and to avoid chaos. She was personable, friendly, and honest and seemed to truly hear and care where I was coming from. I would recommend consulting with her. I hired Cynthia Hernandez to help settle my sons case when he violated his probation, she excessed all of my expectations, Subpoenaed the medical records for his psych evaluation, found rehabilitation center for him to go to so he wouldn’t go to prison. Cynthia Hernandez is a marvelous lawyer, with a heart of gold who will go through great lengths to get the job done. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone, day or night she’ll always give 110% for her clients.

Ms. Hernandez reopened a Careless Driving Citation that I had been issued over a year ago and was adversely effecting my insurance rates. She was able to have the points removed from my license, and I saw an immediate positive result in my insurance premium. I never thought this was a possibility, but am very grateful. She was diligent and persistent, and while she was never able to promise a positive outcome, she was able to deliver one.

Cynthia Hernandez was amazing at handling my traffic violation. I got a speeding ticket on the day I was starting my new job (because they day wasn't stressful enough) and knew I was not going to have time to go to court and I just REFUSED to let this cop get away with collecting my money and putting points on my license for following the flow of traffic just trying to get to work (yep- it was one of those troopers just excited to give you those tickets while they do nothing but wait in the same spot and pull over unlucky patron after patron). I heard great things about Cynthia and gave her a call- her charismatic nature made me laugh on what was a horrible day and she took care of everything- my life was made so easy- she went to court for me and all- got all the points drop and the cost of the ticket down to a fraction of the original amount. If you get a ticket, or need a lawyer for anything else in that matter, you WILL NOT REGRET going to her!
