Totally ecstatic with my experience with Franchi Law. My wife was injured a few years back and we chose one of the bigger firms and instead of sending an attorney to see our family they send a case manager. My feelings were they were just sizing our case up if it was worth their time. With Mr. Franchi we got great personal attention from start to finish and a bigger settlement than we anticipated.

Attorney Branden McDaniel was assigned my case. He was excellent at giving me details about what was going on until the case closed. Whenever I called he was concerned, courteous and professional. If he was not available at the time; he called back before the office closed. Owner, Attorney William Franchi, inspite of issues he was dealing with, wanted to be there during the case closing. We agreed to 3p the day of case closing so he would be there.
Also, the receptionists were friendly.
