Kim was dream come true on his knowledge and very pro active. I have met several attorneys in my life time and he is at my top 2 of my lifetime! He really had all the bases covered and emailed and called when needing update.

I used Kim Byrd's legal services to create an estate plan. I originally planned on just getting a will, but he explained the importance on other documents, such as a medical power of attorney and a few others. Kim was very knowledgeable about the law and how it impacted out particular circumstance. He did a wonderful job of walking us through the process andexplaining out options. Once we provided him our information, he had our documents prepared and ready for our review within a couple of weeks. He also offered a discount for doing mine and my partner's estate plans at the same time. I highly recommend Kim Byrd to anyone who is preparing their estate plan.
