There is only one word that comes close to describing the services provided by Richard Escobar- AMAZING! Attorney Escobar represented my son on multiple occasions and provided outstanding, impeccable results each time! We all may have heard about Lawyers who are only out to make money – well that is certainly not the case with Escobar and Associates. Attorney Escobar and his staff kept us updated through the entire ordeal, provided guidance and reassurance that although he could not promise specific results, he would do his best and he delivered 100%. As a mother with a troubled son, it was an indescribable sense of relief to know that he was in our corner. He not only represented my son with his legal issues, but took the time to provide encouragement to him and a tongue lashing (which was much needed)! He didn’t just see my son’s past but also his potential-you don’t see this type of counsel very often in today’s environment. When going head to head with law enforcement and the procedures and process used to build their case, Richard Escobar is once again “AMAZING” during countless depositions, he asked the right questions to obtain the needed results. This is one of the best Law Firms in Florida, and I think the best in Tampa Bay. I was referred by a retired Florida judge, and I am a well satisfied client. Having been in a very serious situation, I am glad to know looking back that the decision for Rick Escobar to handle my case was one of the best decisions that could have been made! As I was sitting in jail, I was a man convinced that I would stay there the rest of my life. I had multiple charges including drug trafficking, possession with intent to sell and felon in possession of a firearm. I had overwhelming evidence against me. That is when my family went to look for a lawyer that would take my case. They were turned down by 3 lawyers before one finally took it. We were referred to Mr. Escobar at our son's first hearing, also first arrest, by a stranger at the courthouse. We called on a Saturday morning and met with Mr. Escobar on a Sunday morning. Quality Excellent There is a great sense of satisfaction when a person has been exonerated from a false accusation. I know as I was a victim of such a false accusation which resulted in a misdemeanor arrest. I am a 52 year old man with no prior arrest or much more than a traffic ticket yet I found myself arrested under the false statement of one person which was part of the security staff at a local well known casino in Tampa.
