I write this review through tears, because I don’t think there are words to express my gratitude to Rick Escobar and his team. It is not an exaggeration to say he literally saved mine and my family’s life. I had met and worked with several attorneys before being referred to Rick. He listened and believed in me and in my innocence. When others were pushing me to take a deal, Rick encouraged me to stick to my principles. After reviewing my case, he was the first to conduct a thorough investigation; something that had not been done by law enforcement or the state. Thankfully, he had the skills and experience to reveal the truth. Without Ricks dogged persistence I would still be facing first degree felony charges for something I did not do. The charges were dropped, when I had been facing a jury trial. Rick and his staff nurtured me through this long painful process. Although my faith in our system has drastically changed, I did learn that there are professional ethical attorneys out there. To simply say thank you would be an understatement! I will forever be indebted to Rick Escobar.

Mr. Escobar and his staff were very quick responding to my needs as I found myself being accused of robbery and was aggressively approached by law enforcement serving a warrant in which I was arrested and taken into custody. Upon bailing out I made contact with Mr. Escobar who took swift action. Approximately a week or two later he reached out to give me the great news the case was dismissed. I couldn't thank him and his staff enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who has found themselves in an unfortunate legal situation. I was told he was the best around and he absolutely proved to me in all forms of his profession.

At the time we requested an initial consultation with Mr. Escobar, my son had bonded out of jail after being charged with a misdemeanor. However, there were also 2 outstanding warrants on my son which increased the seriousness of the situation. With 3 concurrent and active cases in the court system for my son, the outlook was not very promising. Mr. Escobar proceeded like a master strategist. At some point in time, Mr. Escobar went to the scene of the alleged crime. Later, in his office, as my son narrated the sequence of events which led to his arrest, Mr. Escobar seemed to have a sort of "sixth sense" surrounding what was detailed in the police report as opposed to what my son said actually happened. Mr. Escobar phenomenally dissected the interactions with law enforcement and successfully defended these cases. As a result, my son was exonerated on all 3 cases. Not only is Mr. Escobar extremely knowledgeable on Constitutional Law and Florida Statutes, he remains up-to-date on local ordinances. He is aggressive, polite, diligent and respectful. If my life depended on legal representation I would hire Attorney Richard Escobar. Over the last 10 years I have hired many attorneys to represent my son and his ongoing legal problems. Rick Escobar has always taken my cases over the last 8 years and every single time, without delay, has taken them to court and given me the opportunity to write this review as opposed to the contrary.
