The process I had with Lee Law was very professional and Kyle was able to explain to me the entire process through "normal" terms which had me understand which sometimes I think the legal language becomes a barrier. The beginning of the process, they were a little unresponsive and I wouldn't hear from them for a couple of days and I had to call after some emails sent, but I do believe was due to the workload, again I had a good experience with Lee Law and that would be the only constructive feedback I have.

Mr. Lee provided great guidance and representation in my case. He always made himself available and was always speedy in his responsive to my inquiries. Mr. Lee was unwavering in his approach, even in the face of a big corporation, and I was very impressed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could frankly. I received a free consult. When I had my friend call, he said all consults are $250. She then called back (using a different name and was told it would be a free consult- same situation information.) So I (we) felt there was a bit of dishonesty. If your policy is to charge for certain cases and not others, great. But be upfront about it. In addition, when you have a set appointment time he will sit there on a personal and clearly unimportant phone call laughing with his "bros", or unaware that the client (sitting and waiting behind him) can see him on Facebook or looking up sports news on his phone. I am a reasonable person and I completely understand waiting, especially if necessary and/or if work is actually being done, however if you are just making the client wait so you can finish up a call with your buddies, text, or browse social media, I lose a bit of understanding. I get that you are not being paid until a case is settled, however you are still working for them and should show a certain level of professionalism up until you are paid. Definitely would not recommend.

So happy I found Mr. Lee He is the kindest person I have ever met. He has helped me through this hard time of mine and he has been very focused on my case. Moving it right along quickly. He stays on top of things at had and keeps me informed at all times. He is a kind and caring person and I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.

My case was complex and unique with multiple state and federal laws in scope. After months of getting the runaround from other lawyers, Kyle eagerly stepped up to take it on!
