I was in a tough situation at work, having received a great job offer that conflicted with an existing non-compete contract with my current employer. Mr. Lee took the time to discuss my situation the same morning that I called; he informed me what my potential options would be in the event that I took the job and contested the agreement. It was great to speak to someone that was so knowledgeable of the legal processes involved in a restrictive contract dispute. With his advice I was able to make a decision that I knew would be best for me in the long term. I will definitely contact him again to review any future contracts before signing.

I would like to start by saying that I am very thankful for Kyle and his team without him, I don’t believe I would’ve been able to be successful in my case out come. I hate that during our time Covid was a major factor, because I know that a in person court setting, he would’ve been able to really give it to the opponents in their face. The only thing that I will say is that the follow up/update process could be more informative to the customer, as sometimes with these type of cases your wondering what’s going on. My right to FMLA leave was unlawfully blocked by former employer and I was let go under the ‘vail’ of COVID19.
