Ivan performed miracles with saving our home from foreclosure. Not only with the mortgage company but also with the HOA. I don't even know where to begin. We were running into brick walls trying to help my disabled mother in law. Nobody was willing to assist in her foreclosure case. In less than 90 days, Ivan was able to stop their bank's claim on the property that I bought through a county auction website, settled my case with the bank and I ended up paying a lot less what the bank want me to pay. he was efficient, highly knowledgeable about the court procedures regarding foreclosure properties and above all his rate was very reasonable.

There are too many details to go into. Ivan helped us keep our family home. Others had pretty much given up on us. We were very unhappy with Mr. Ivanov service. We gave his office retainer fee as requested. The work performed was incomplete and it was too late to fix.
