After my first lawyer was unprofessional and was pushing me to settle my case after an unfair offer was made, I went to Mike and decided to let him handle my case. Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and always kept me informed about the status of my case. They are fantastic and they were able to get a great settlement for my case. Mike always made me feel calm and comfortable during depositions and negotiations, which really helped me. I was hurt in a car crash. Even with preexisting conditions Mike Hancock and his team worked a miracle and obtained a settlement that I thought was impossible. I know, I really know, they did extra effort for my benifit, so I can get on with my life after the accident. Ok, I couldn't retire but the settlement helped me with a down payment on a house that someday I can retire in. I was in a car accident and had some serious pain in my neck and shoulders. Mr. Hancock and his team made sure that I had been taken care of and they helped with every part of dealing with the insurance companies. I am not sure that I would have been able to deal with that alone. Miss Kelly was always writing me to make sure I was okay and to keep me updated on the status of my case. I was able to pay my bills and I do have some money left over for my chiropractor visits. They are very personable and they will take care of you like you are part of the family! Honestly, they are the best and I would definitely use them if something were to happen to me again.

Mike and his team are awesome,emails are always responded back same day and the chiropractor recommendation was great. I was in a small fender bender but was always treated as if my case was worth a million dollars. I recommend his firm 1,000% you wont be disappointed.
