The best attorney for the most difficult immigration case I am very pleased to write this review regarding my successful experience having Mr. Ashraf Salem as my attorney for an immigration case I had. Me and my family had just relocated to Tampa, and I was in need of an attorney for removal proceedings against me by the USCIS. After an extensive online research and reading reviews about several lawyers, I decided to reach out to Ashraf with my case. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. From the very first time we met in his office, and after hearing my side of the case, Ashraf was always forthright about the difficulty of the case. He was extremely patient and professional describing to me and my husband what needed to be done to try to transfer the case to Tampa, what the subsequent steps would be, and what the government lawyers or prosecutors would likely be doing preparing for the case. In the course of our discussions, Ashraf was realistic and never gave any false hope. He made it clear that the chances of winning the removal proceedings based on charges of marriage fraud, with the government having such strong lines of evidence against me, were pretty slim. Yet, he was confident and willing to go the distance. He laid out his defense strategy, and discussed with us what we needed to do. He treated us with a lot of respect and was never condescending. That attitude made us very comfortable to share our thoughts and feel that he was always looking out for us. Because of the way he handled the case and treated us, we felt that he was doing all he could, and that made us prepared to accept any outcome of the case. Mr. Ashraf Salem was flexible with my schedule and kept me informed every step of the way. My traffic ticket was well over $200. I was not able to make it to my hearing and asked Mr. Salem to plea for me at the hearing and managed to drop the initial fine plus court costs down to $100. Plus, no points were placed on my license and traffic school was not necessary. Ashraf certainly over delivered on what I hired him to do. On August of 2014 my N400 ( Naturalization) was denied this is when I decided to retain the services of Mr. Ashraf Salem. I was very confused and really did not know were to go from there but he was very helpful and available all through my journey. He filed a N336 and handled my case in a very professional and personable manner. I am happy to say that thanks to his help my N336 (Request for a Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings ) was approved after going for a second interview . I call Mr Salem office early in the morning Knowing his office open at 9 am, I left a massage with my phone # and it took Mr Salem 5 minutes to call me back from his personal Cell asking me on how he can be of help. the assurance in his voice maid my day even though i was going through a bit of tribulation. he also meet with me at a location where it was covenant to me.
