Started the eviction process with Patrick back in December 2023. It is now nine months into an eviction that’s was pretty routine in nature it seemed. The last email I received was in July asking me how the auction portion of the eviction went. I subsequently asked for help with the process of changing ownership in July. Still have not received a reply email or a reply from my certified letter. All the while I’m losing rent monthly. Do not hire this attorney if you value communication between your lawyers and yourself. I even consulted a colleague of his for help finishing this eviction who has now had to reach out to Patrick twice to follow up with me.

The best lawyer. To me the case was complicated and Mr Singer took care of it. He doesn't color coat anything. Straight answers and straight forward. Tenets simply ran out of the apartment and made my life calm again. I'm definitely keeping him for future.
