We have had a difficult experience the last few months with a condo owner in our building who refuses to abide by our rules and regulations and instead disrupts the board with his view of how he wants things to go. John Koda has been a positive support for us in dealing with him. It is unfortunate that our situation with this aggressive individual is not going away but John's support is of great value.
