My case isn’t over, it’s only begun for me-but apparently December 21st 2023 is when my opponent started this matter. I only found out bc Charley had sent me a piece of mail informing me. He’s been on it since I called him after hours Friday evening. Extremely grateful. I’ve not received the first lawyer advertisement from anyone else…only Charley, thank you thank you. I’ll be back to write an ending for sure.

Looked her in the eye and told her the truth. Went over the options and let her make the decision. Once the decision was made he put together a defense based on his experience and to say he was impressive is an understatement. This is the guy you call when you really need a Attorney. Straight to the point, shows up on time prepared and returned every call promptly.

When I contacted Charley I was desperate. I live out of state and I had a 2 year-old violation of probation warrant. and I was driving around without a valid license - I couldn't renew it when it expired due to the warrant. The best I hoped for was a reinstatement of probation so I could complete the terms of my sentence - community service, alcohol school, fine. But I was also concerned that I might have to travel to Florida and turn myself in at the jail. Or worse, I would get pulled over, arrested, and extradited to Florida. But Charley presented my circumstances and medical issues to the judge and his honor terminated my probation altogether!! WhooHoo! Now I can get my license back.

This was the first time I had a lawyer do something because it was the right thing to do. There was some miscommunication with my case and rather than giving the “it’s not my problem anymore” answer, the Firm went above and beyond my expectations to resolve my issue.
