I would without a doubt recommend William Wynne. He not only did what me and my family felt was impossible but he made us feel at ease during the entire process. He absolutely goes above and beyond! Mr. Wynne actually tracked down a judge who was on vacation and got him to work! Just absolutely incredible! The first time I ever spoke to him was in the late afternoon and he met with me that evening. He even stayed late so we could get things started. He kept me informed every step of the way. I just knew we were in good hands and that he actually cared. He worked so hard and did so much for me and my family. William Wynne is absolutely an extraordinary attorney and amazing human being. We can’t thank him enough and are forever grateful!

I contacted Bill expecting to have to leave a message and wait for the next day to receive consultation on my case (prospective case). Much to my surprise he was available late in the evening that same day and started working on my case immediately. I appreciated the fact that he kept me updated weekly on the progression of my case. Manatee County (ugh!); Sept 25th, 2017 the ASA filed a motion to revoke my bond, simultaneously Regional Counsel withdrew, Judge approved motion and the Manatee County Sheriff's AKA Manatee Keystone Cops were at my door and saturated my neighborhood with rumors of 'Warrants for my Arrest' armed with the cover of "Gotcha"...3 weeks later in walks Mr. Wynne armed with a motion "MOTION TO DISMISS ARREST WARRANT-LEGALLY INSUFFICIENT" and I go home :) Thanks Bill!! Best writer & with that I would definitely recommend Attorney Bill Wynne for Appeals, as well as anyone in distress against the proverbial 'corrupt Good 'Ole Boys'

Attorney William researched simular cases and aurgued for me and always offered to have me contact him anytime I had a question about my case. I Hired him in Febuary 2012 and he has veen envolved in my case thru current.

I had a misdemeanor charge in Alachua County for posession of drug paraphenalia/drug equipment and Mr. Wynne was able to contact the State Attorney's office within the same week and get me approved for a pre trial deferrment. After a six month period following my pre-trial deferrment the charges brought against me were dropped.

Excellent work and a great value. He was able to win a motion to suppress which resulted in the dismissal of the case. He also won the DMV hearing which resulted in the immediate reinstatement of my license.
