They did get it done eventually. It took 5 MONTHS for unlawful detainer. I was told 4-6 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks due to them responding to summons. Cost I was told $1400 but was told an additional $300 may be needed. Well, I paid $2900. I was asked for additional $650 on 10/19/22 and I paid that day. I had to contact them on 11/1/22 for an update on case due to getting a phone call for an additional payment. So the attorney wasn’t working on case my case due to the fact she assumed I didn’t pay due to lack of communication on their part?? They asked for additional $900 on a Friday before my Monday court date! I paid! I had emails not returned and I had to keep calling for updates or email them for updates. Court was 12/5/22 in my favor, was told by the attorney. he would get a copy of paperwork to me ASAP! 12/7/22 I emailed and asked for copy, was told someone would look into it and get back to me. 12/9/22 had to call and was told I would get it 12/14/22 at latest. 12/22/22 I called judge’s assistant since I felt I was getting run around and was told by them it was being sent to wrong queue…. Asked to speak to someone in regards to complaint and was told S. Hachey would call, but never heard from him.Finally was able to take possession of my home on 1/5/23 I feel like the ball was being dropped by many people, I guess I wasn’t a priority.
