I was referred by a co worker to seek Jennifer’s help after I was struck by another car coming home from work, she really takes the time to explain things through every step and never left any questions I had unanswered, she’s polite, makes herself available and has amazing competent office staff, my case has wrapped up now and I am happy to have had her by my side. Would recommend her for any and all services she offers.

I would have been lost without Jennifer's guidance and expertise dealing with auto insurance companies. She made the entire process manageable so I could focus on my injuries. Jennifer Mandelbaum helped me through a very painful accident and emotionally trying experience. She was patient, assertive, knowledgable and engaged throughout my long recovery period and stayed organized and focussed on my case even through covid.
