He has been a pleasure to work with. He has been by my side for all aspects of a complicated case and would highly recommend him for any of your estate/probate needs.

My husband and I began the process of estate planning with a of trepidation. We were referred to Robert Walton and I am so thankful we were. Mr. Walton was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He helped us navigate planning our estate needs with a lot of explanation and guidance. He is an excellent attorney and easy to work with as well. We are so much more at ease now knowing that our estate is set up for our children according to our wishes. We have since referred him to several of our friends.

Mr. Walton - Rob - served as my attorney in an estate probate case that was complicated to begin with, but even more so because I had to manage it from out of state. After months of struggling to find a way forward, I received a referral for Mr. Walton. Rob took on the case and immediately got things moving in a productive direction. In the time I worked with him, I always found Rob to be extremely professional, courteous, and diligent. He explained things thoroughly, was always prompt with communication, and was circumspect but candid in his advice. I mostly dealt with Rob directly, however when I interacted with his staff I found them to be extremely professional as well. Rob handled the case with a degree of personal care and good humor that lightened the burden I was dealing with, and he truly went above and beyond my expectations to make sure things were handled properly. Throughout the process, I felt confident knowing he was in my corner. Rob is a skilled attorney and I would very highly recommend him without reservation.

Mr. Walton helped a lawyer with a criminal record collect our 3 life insurance policies, all personal and private property by fraudulent accounting and fees. I was a widow with two dependent children. He took advantage of us at our most vulnerable moment. He split our life insurance policies and charged $55,000 dollars in legal fees before I found out about his misconduct.

Mr. Walton was very professional, helpful, and thorough and made a difficult conversation (a trust) easy. He is very knowledgeable about trust law!
